O.A.K. Services is led by owner Charles Rice, a 26-year Green Industry veteran and ISA Certified Arborist with 14 years of certification. That credential lives at the top of the org chart — Charles signs work orders himself, not a sales rep or office manager. The crew operates under his direct oversight, and the company’s combined team experience totals more than 30 years working in Aiken and across the CSRA.
